Toni Schuler, an oenologist, bought the Bergerie de Fenouillet in 1998 from a family of winegrowers. He quickly surrounded himself with a multi-skilled team: Michel Wack, his manager and operational director, several specialized workers in charge of the vineyard as well as a building keeper.

When Michel Wack joined the estate in 2002, he and Toni developed the vineyard’s strategy, setting production targets at 35-45 hl / ha. And while Toni keeps control of the wine making and the choice of cuvées, he trusts his team with all the decisions concerning the vineyard.
